The TED Talk I watched was about positive/happy work. It was mainly about how we believe working hard will eventually lead to happiness but this is backwards according to the speaker. If we work happy, we get more work done to a higher quality of work. He also connected a funny story about him and his sister to his presentation that got his audience's attention.
